Owner OS

An alarm system for your business, not a dashboard.

An AI operating system installed for owner-operators who already chat with AI but are not getting real leverage from it. The 5,000 things get checked quietly. The six that matter show up every morning.

Three steps, plain prices

Step 1Start here

Opportunity Scan

Free

45-minute call

  • A one-page map of 3 projects
  • Ranked by the dollars or hours at stake
  • A clear view of what to fix first

Step 3Ongoing

Run

$1,500 /month

Cancel with 30 days notice

  • One new automation each month
  • Ongoing tuning
  • A monthly saves log that puts a number on what each automation saved

The guarantee

Before the Sprint, we pick one metric the system controls, like hours saved, quote turnaround, or brief reliability. Miss it, and your first month of Run is free. Dollar savings are tracked in your saves log, reported rather than promised.

How the work is done

Fix the process before automating it.

Each process goes through ECRS, a classic industrial-engineering method:

EEliminate
CCombine
RRearrange
SSimplify

What is left gets automated at the right level of trust: suggest, draft for approval, or run with a log.

What you get, and what you keep

  • OwnershipYours to keep. Your data and brain files live in your own accounts, with a permanent license to the setup. No lock-in to one AI vendor.
  • DataA guardrail layer controls exactly what the AI can see.
  • HealthcareNo PHI on Buzzle systems. We work inside your environment.
  • AI costsYou pay your own AI subscription directly, often about $100 to $200 a month.

Who builds it. Buzzle Analytics was founded by an industrial engineer turned product and analytics leader. At a prior company, an econometric forecasting software firm later acquired, our founder turned ten years of economist analysis into an "economist in a box" feature that helped grow revenue by $7M over about two years and cut services-delivery time by 80%.

We run our own agents every night. One fleet reads insurance payor websites and pulls billing and authorization rules into a public database. Another tracks pricing and inventory across 53 car dealership websites daily. Built on Claude, Databricks, Power BI, and plain markdown knowledge bases.
