Owner OS from Buzzle Analytics

An alarm system, not a dashboard.

You already chat with AI. That is not the same as leverage. Owner OS is an AI operating system installed in your business. The 5,000 things get checked quietly. The six that matter show up every morning.

45 minutes. You leave with a one-page map of 3 projects, ranked by the dollars or hours at stake.

The gap

You chat with AI. Your business does not run on it yet.

Dashboards wait for you.

A dashboard only helps on the day you open it and have time to dig. An alarm finds you, and only when it should.

Chat starts from zero.

Every new conversation forgets how your business works. A business brain remembers it, in files you own.

Answers are not results.

A clever reply is nice. Hours back and dollars found are the point. Every automation here is tied to one of those.

What gets installed

Four parts. One quiet system.

We set it up inside your business, on your accounts. Then it runs every day whether you think about it or not.

01

Business brain

How your business works, written down in plain files: customers, pricing, processes, and the rules you carry in your head. The AI reads from it, so it stops guessing.

02

Data guardrails

A layer that controls exactly what the AI can see. Each source is opened on purpose, and anything sensitive stays out.

03

Daily owner brief

Every morning, a short ranked list of what needs you. Thousands of checks run in the background. You hear about the few that matter.

04

Automations with a number

Each one is aimed at a metric you agree on up front: dollars recovered or hours saved. If it cannot be measured, it waits.

Yours to keep.

The brain is plain files. The tools run on your own accounts. Nothing is locked to one AI vendor, so you can switch models later without starting over. If we ever part ways, it all stays with you.

  • Plain files
  • Your accounts
  • No vendor lock-in
  • You control what AI sees

Method

Fix the process before automating it.

Automating a messy process just makes the mess faster. So the work starts with ECRS, a classic industrial-engineering method. Only what is left gets automated.

Eliminate

Stop the steps that do not need to happen at all.

Combine

Merge steps that touch the same information twice.

Rearrange

Change the order so work is not stuck waiting on other work.

Simplify

Make what remains plain enough to hand to a machine.

Then automate, at the right level of trust.

Not every task should run on its own. Each automation gets an autonomy level that fits the stakes, and you can move it up or down.

Suggest

The AI spots it and tells you. You decide and act.

Draft for approval

The AI prepares the email, reminder, or schedule change. You review it and send.

Run with a log

The AI handles it and writes down every action, so you can check its work at any time.

Pricing

Three steps. Plain prices.

Start with a free map. Install the system in a fixed-price sprint. Keep it growing month to month.

Proof, not promises

We run our own agents before we build yours.

The economist in a box

At a prior company, an econometric forecasting software firm that was later acquired, our founder turned ten years of economist analysis into a feature that explained forecast model choices on demand.

80%less services-delivery time

Our own agents run every night

One fleet reads insurance payor websites and pulls billing and authorization rules into a public database. Another tracks pricing and inventory across car dealership websites, every day.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can read a short email and approve a draft, you can run this. We do the setup. You get a brief each morning and a few clear decisions.

Which AI do you use? Am I locked in?

We usually build on Claude. You are not locked in. The business brain is plain files and the tools run on your own accounts, so you can point a different AI at the same system later.

What data does the AI see?

Only what you allow. The data guardrail layer controls exactly which sources and fields the AI can read. Each one is opened on purpose, and you can see the list.

What does it cost to run?

Our fees are the ones on this page: the Sprint is $6,000 fixed and Run is $1,500 a month. On top of that, you pay your own AI subscription directly, often about $100 to $200 a month.

What if it does not work?

Before the Sprint starts, we pick one metric together. It is always something the system itself controls, so it is fair to both of us. If we miss it, your first month of Run is free.

Examples of metrics we guarantee:

  • Time back. The weekly numbers report that takes 3 hours now takes under 15 minutes.
  • Speed. Every shipment gets quotes from your full forwarder list, compared on landed cost, within 2 business days.
  • Reliability. Your morning brief arrives by 7 a.m. on at least 19 of 20 business days, and tells you when a data source goes quiet.
  • Catch test. We plant 5 known problems in a copy of your data, like a product about to sell out or a discount left running. The brief flags all 5 by the next morning.

Dollar results, like money saved or revenue protected, show up in your monthly saves log. They depend on markets and on your decisions, so we report them instead of promising them.

Run is month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.

What happens if you are not around?

It keeps running. Everything lives in your own accounts, the business brain is plain files, and every automation comes with a written runbook. If you ever stop working with us, the system stays with you and keeps working, and any capable person can pick it up from the documentation.

Who owns it?

Your data, your business brain, and your accounts are yours. You also keep a permanent license to use everything installed for you inside your business. Nothing is held hostage on a Buzzle server.

Do you work with healthcare data?

Yes, with care. No protected health information (PHI) is ever kept on Buzzle systems. We work inside your environment, under your accounts and your controls.
