For Amazon and Shopify brands that import their inventory from overseas factories

Know the morning your Amazon listing loses the Buy Box or gets suppressed

A listing gets suppressed over a missing attribute, or a new seller undercuts you and takes the Buy Box. Sales just drop, and it looks like a slow week. By the time someone digs into Seller Central, the listing has been dark for days.

What it can cost you

Example: an ASIN doing $1,200 a day sits suppressed for 4 days before anyone notices = $4,800 in missed sales. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Reads Buy Box percentage per ASIN from Business Reports and compares it to the prior week.
  • Checks listing status for suppressed, inactive, or search-suppressed ASINs.
  • Spots new sellers on your ASINs and any offer priced below yours.
  • Watches account health notifications and policy warnings.
  • Flags stranded FBA inventory that is sitting with no active listing.

Where it reads from

  • Amazon Seller Central

Your public Amazon product pages, to catch changes to titles, images, or bullet points you did not make.

What happens when it fires

You decide whether to fix the listing, adjust price, or report the seller. The system drafts the Seller Support case or Brand Registry report with the evidence attached.

Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.

What we guarantee

Every active ASIN checked each night for Buy Box share, suppression, and new sellers, reported in the morning brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Amazon emails me about suppressed listings. Isn't that enough?

Those emails are easy to miss and they do not cover Buy Box loss or a new seller on your listing. The brief puts all of it in one line per ASIN with what it is costing per day.

Can it change my listings or prices?

Not unless you tell it to. By default it drafts the fix or the case text and you make the change.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
