Find reservation no-show patterns before they empty your best tables

Prime Saturday tables sit empty because large parties do not show. You turned away walk-ins and calls for those slots. It happens a few times a month, and each one feels like bad luck instead of a pattern.

What it can cost you

Example: 4 no-show parties of 6 a month on prime nights at $55 a cover = $1,320 a month in empty seats. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Calculates no-show and late cancel rates by day, time slot, and party size for each location.
  • Compares no-show rates by booking channel.
  • Flags guests with repeat no-shows.
  • Compares slots with high no-show rates to whether a deposit or card hold was required.
  • Counts walk-ins and calls turned away on nights that had no-shows.

Where it reads from

  • OpenTable or Resy
  • Toast or Square

What happens when it fires

You decide on deposits, card holds, or confirmation steps for the risky slots. The system suggests the policy change and drafts the confirmation text guests will see.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

No-show and late cancel rates refreshed for every location and time slot each week. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

OpenTable and Resy already send confirmations. What else helps?

Confirmations help everyone equally. This shows which specific slots and party sizes need more, like a card hold, so you do not add friction where it is not needed.

Can it flag repeat no-show guests?

Yes, using the guest history in your reservation system, so hosts can confirm those bookings by phone.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
