For Residential heating and cooling companies running a handful to a couple dozen trucks
Find HVAC calls that never turned into booked jobs
A homeowner calls with no heat, gets voicemail or a busy CSR, and hangs up. Another calls, asks a price, and no appointment gets made. Those calls cost real ad money, and nobody counts them because they never become a job in the system.
What it can cost you
Example: 10 unbooked service calls a week x $380 average ticket = $3,800 a week in work that called you first. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Lists missed and abandoned calls with no call back and no job booked.
- Matches answered calls to new jobs, and flags callers who were not booked.
- Tracks booking rate by CSR and by time of day.
- Flags marketing sources whose calls are booking at a lower rate than usual.
- Flags after-hours calls with no follow-up by the next morning.

What happens when it fires
Your CSRs work the call back list first thing. The system builds that list every morning with the caller, the reason if recorded, and the ad source.
Autonomy level: Run with a log. The system handles it on its own within limits you set, and records every action for you to check.
What we guarantee
Every missed or unbooked call is on a call back list before the office opens. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
We do not use call tracking. Can it still help?
It can use your phone system's call log if it can be exported or connected. Call tracking makes it sharper because it ties each call to the ad that produced it.
Does it listen to call recordings?
Only if you turn that on. By default it uses call times, numbers, and outcomes, and matches them to jobs in your field software.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
