For Sprinkler, fire alarm, and extinguisher inspection and service contractors
See fire inspection capacity gaps months ahead
Annual inspections cluster in the same months, and so do vacations. If you only look at this week's schedule, a crunch shows up too late to fix. Due dates slip, overtime spikes, and repair work waits because every tech is on inspections.
What it can cost you
Example: 120 inspection hours due in March against 90 hours of inspector time = 30 hours short, or about 15 inspections at risk.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Totals inspection hours due by month against inspector hours available.
- Flags months where demand exceeds capacity.
- Matches inspection types to the techs qualified to do them.
- Flags inspections that could move earlier into a lighter month.
- Tracks each tech's hours split between inspections and repairs.

What happens when it fires
You decide on moves, overtime, or hiring. The system suggests which inspections to pull earlier and drafts the customer scheduling emails.
Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.
What we guarantee
Capacity is checked against inspections due for the months ahead every week. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Does it know which techs can do which inspections?
Yes, once you list each tech's qualifications in setup. It only counts a tech toward inspections they are qualified to do.
We are always short in the busy months. What does this change?
It shows the gap early enough to act, like moving some inspections into slow months, which is cheaper than overtime.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for fire protection and life safety
Seven more things worth watching.
- Inspections coming due, not scheduledFlag sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher inspections coming due with no visit scheduled, so no customer slips past a due date.
- Deficiencies not turned into quotesFlag deficiencies found on sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher inspections that never became a repair quote, ranked by severity and value.
- Repair quotes not followed upFlag deficiency repair quotes sent but not approved, with no follow-up logged, ranked by severity and dollar value.
- Inspection agreements up for renewalFlag recurring inspection agreements expiring soon with no renewal, price update, or signed contract on file.
- Completed inspections not invoicedFlag inspections and repairs marked complete with no invoice, or invoiced for less than the agreement or work order.
- Sold repairs not scheduledFlag approved repair quotes with no work order, no parts ordered, or no visit scheduled, so sold work turns into billed work.
- Overdue invoices on commercial accountsFlag commercial invoices past terms, invoices held in customer billing portals, and past-due accounts still on the schedule.
