For Sprinkler, fire alarm, and extinguisher inspection and service contractors
Invoice every completed fire inspection and repair
The inspector finishes the report and moves to the next site. Billing waits for someone to match the visit to the agreement. Some visits get billed late, some never, and some at an old rate.
What it can cost you
Example: 10 inspections a month billed late or not at all at $450 each = $4,500 a month. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Lists inspections and repairs marked complete with no invoice.
- Flags invoices that do not match the agreement price or the work order.
- Flags extra devices or systems found on site that are not on the agreement.
- Checks that invoices created in your service software synced to QuickBooks.
- Totals unbilled completed work by branch and by age.

What happens when it fires
The office reviews and sends. The system drafts each invoice from the agreement and the completed report.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every completed inspection or repair is matched to an invoice, or flagged, by the next morning. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
What if a site has more devices than the agreement lists?
It flags the difference so you can update the agreement and bill correctly, instead of inspecting extra devices for free.
Does it send the inspection report too?
It can attach the report to the invoice so the customer gets both together.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for fire protection and life safety
Seven more things worth watching.
- Inspections coming due, not scheduledFlag sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher inspections coming due with no visit scheduled, so no customer slips past a due date.
- Deficiencies not turned into quotesFlag deficiencies found on sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher inspections that never became a repair quote, ranked by severity and value.
- Repair quotes not followed upFlag deficiency repair quotes sent but not approved, with no follow-up logged, ranked by severity and dollar value.
- Inspection agreements up for renewalFlag recurring inspection agreements expiring soon with no renewal, price update, or signed contract on file.
- Inspection capacity crunchCompare inspection hours due each month against inspector hours and qualifications, so busy months do not turn into missed due dates.
- Sold repairs not scheduledFlag approved repair quotes with no work order, no parts ordered, or no visit scheduled, so sold work turns into billed work.
- Overdue invoices on commercial accountsFlag commercial invoices past terms, invoices held in customer billing portals, and past-due accounts still on the schedule.
