For Med spas and aesthetic injectable clinics, single location or a small group
Find injectable clients past their usual return with nothing booked
Repeat injectable clients are the base of the business, and most of them come back on a rhythm. When one slips past that rhythm with nothing on the books, nobody notices until they have tried the med spa down the street.
What it can cost you
Example: 30 lapsed toxin clients a quarter x 50% won back x $450 average visit = $6,750 a quarter. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Learns each client's usual time between visits from their own booking history.
- Lists clients past that interval with no future appointment.
- Groups lapsed clients by provider, so a provider change or departure shows up.
- Checks whether a rebooking reminder was sent and opened.
- Flags clients who left a visit without booking the next one.

What happens when it fires
Each provider or the front desk sends a personal note. The system drafts the messages and the list, and your team decides who to contact.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every regular client past their usual interval with nothing booked is on the list by the next morning. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Does the system read treatment charts or photos?
No. It uses appointment dates, service names, and booking status. Chart notes, photos, and health details stay out of the AI.
Will it tell clients when they need treatment?
No. It flags that a regular client has not rebooked. Any conversation about treatment is between the client and the provider.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
