Know which new CPAP setups are at risk of missing the adherence window

New CPAP patients must show regular use during their trial period, plus a follow-up visit, for many payers to keep covering the device. The usage data sits in the manufacturer's cloud, and nobody looks until the window is nearly over. Patients who needed help early end up losing coverage.

What it can cost you

Example: 40 new setups a month x 15% not syncing usage data = 6 patients a month nobody can see, let alone help.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Counts new setups by days remaining in the payer's adherence window.
  • Flags setups with no usage data synced since delivery.
  • Flags patients trending below the payer's usage requirement while there is still time left.
  • Flags patients with no follow-up visit documented before the window closes.
  • Shows counts by respiratory therapist and setup location.

What happens when it fires

Respiratory therapists get the list of patients to reach first. What help a patient needs is their call; the system only shows the usage pattern and the deadline.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Usage sync status for every new setup is checked nightly for the whole adherence window. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Does this give clinical advice?

No. It reports device usage counts and deadlines. Any decision about a patient's equipment or care belongs to your clinical team and the patient's physician.

Do patient names go into the AI?

No. It works from device and order IDs. Your respiratory therapist opens the record in AirView, Care Orchestrator, or your billing system.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
