For Dog daycare, boarding, grooming, and pet resort facilities
See weak boarding and daycare dates while there is time to fill them
Peak weeks fill on their own, but ordinary weeks sit half empty and nobody notices until they arrive. By then it is too late to reach regulars or run a weekday offer.
What it can cost you
Example: 10 empty runs a night x 20 soft nights a month x $55 per night = $11,000 a month in open capacity. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Calculates booked runs and daycare spots for each upcoming date.
- Compares booking pace to the same dates last year.
- Flags dates below the occupancy level you set.
- Shows occupancy by run size and suite type.
- Lists regular boarders who usually book these weeks but have not yet.

What happens when it fires
You decide whether to reach out or run an offer. The system drafts messages to regulars who usually book those dates.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Booking pace for the next several weeks is in every Monday brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
We have no history in our software yet. Does it still work?
It starts with current occupancy and builds pace comparisons as history grows. You can also load an older export.
Can it change our prices for slow dates?
No. It shows where demand is soft. Pricing is your call.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for pet grooming, boarding, and daycare
Seven more things worth watching.
- Vaccine records expiringFlag booked pets whose vaccine records on file will expire before their stay, so owners send updates ahead of check-in instead of at the desk.
- Daycare package renewalsFlag daycare packages and memberships that are nearly used up, expired, or failed to renew, so families get a renewal note before they stop coming.
- Holiday no-shows and depositsFlag peak boarding reservations with no deposit, repeat no-show clients, and late cancels that held a run you could have sold.
- Grooming rebooking gapsSpot grooming clients past their usual return interval with no appointment, by groomer, so you can rebook them before they find another groomer.
- Staff coverage and overtimeCompare scheduled staff to booked daycare and boarding dogs by shift, and flag understaffed playgroups and overtime building up before payroll.
- Unpaid balances at pickupFlag pet care stays and grooms checked out with a balance, add-ons not charged, and accounts that keep booking with money owed.
- Review dropsWatch pet care Google reviews for rating drops, new low reviews, and unanswered reviews by location, so you can respond quickly and calmly.
