For Route-based weekly pool cleaning and repair companies
Spot pool accounts at risk of cancelling before the off season
Pool customers cancel in waves, especially as the season turns and after a price increase. The signs come first: a missed stop, a callback, a slow payment, a declined repair quote. They live in different places, so nobody connects them.
What it can cost you
Example: saving 3 accounts a month at $180 a month each = $6,480 a year in recurring revenue kept.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Scores each account on missed stops, callbacks, late payments, and recent price changes.
- Flags accounts that skipped or paused service.
- Flags accounts with a new complaint or low review.
- Flags accounts that declined a repair quote and then went quiet.
- Tracks cancellations by route, tech, and reason.
Where it reads from
- Skimmer
- Pool Office Manager
- Jobber
- QuickBooks Online
Reads new Google reviews for complaints tied to an account.
What happens when it fires
You or the office reach out. The system drafts a check-in for each account and flags the ones worth a personal call.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every account is scored weekly, and every at-risk account gets a check-in drafted. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Seasonal pauses are normal for us. Can it tell the difference?
Yes. You can mark seasonal accounts so a winter pause does not count as a cancellation. It flags the accounts leaving for other reasons.
Does it offer discounts to save accounts?
Not unless you set it up. Any offer stays your decision.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.

- Repair recommendations left unquotedFlag tech notes about leaking pumps, worn filters, and failing heaters that never became a quote or a follow-up with the owner.
- Unbilled chemicals and repairsFlag extra chemicals, filter cleans, and repair parts used on visits that never made it onto an invoice.
- Chemical price increases not passed onWatch supplier invoices for chlorine and acid price changes, and see what each increase costs you across your flat-rate accounts.
