For Route-based weekly pool cleaning and repair companies

Catch pools using far more chemicals than they should

One pool has a leak, a broken chlorinator, or a phosphate problem, and the tech keeps pouring in chemicals every week. Another tech overdoses across a whole route. Without per-pool tracking, it all disappears into the monthly supply bill.

What it can cost you

Example: 10 pools using $18 a week more chlorine than normal x 4 weeks = $720 a month. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Compares chemicals logged per visit to each pool's own history and size.
  • Flags pools whose usage jumped week over week.
  • Compares chemical use by tech across similar pools.
  • Compares chemicals logged in the route app to chemicals bought, and flags the gap.
  • Flags readings that stay off even as dosing goes up, which can point to an equipment problem.

Where it reads from

  • Skimmer
  • Pool Office Manager
  • QuickBooks Online

What happens when it fires

The tech or supervisor checks the pool on the next visit. The system drafts a repair note or customer message if it looks like equipment.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Every visit's chemical log is checked against that pool's history the same day. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Our techs do not log every chemical. Does this still work?

Less precisely. It can still compare purchases to routes and flag outliers, and it shows which techs are not logging so you can fix the habit.

Does it tell techs how much to dose?

No. Water chemistry calls stay with your techs. The system only flags usage that does not fit the pool's pattern.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
