For Route-based weekly pool cleaning and repair companies
Find the pool accounts you are losing money on
Some pools were priced years ago, sit far from the route, take extra time because of trees, or burn chemicals. Each looks fine at a glance. Together, a slice of the book quietly loses money every week.
What it can cost you
Example: 15 accounts losing $12 a visit x 52 weeks = $9,360 a year.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Calculates margin per account from price, chemicals, time on site, and drive time.
- Lists accounts whose margin fell below your floor.
- Flags accounts whose price has not changed in a long time.
- Flags accounts whose time on site keeps running over the norm for their size.
- Ranks each route's accounts from least to most profitable.
Where it reads from

- Pool Office Manager
- Jobber

What happens when it fires
You decide to reprice, keep, or drop each account. The system drafts a price change letter for the ones you pick.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every account's margin is recalculated weekly with the latest chemical, time, and drive data. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
How does it know my chemical cost per pool?
From the chemicals your techs log per visit, priced at what you paid on supplier bills. If logging is spotty, it estimates from purchases and tells you so.
Will it raise prices for me?
No. It drafts the letter. Which accounts to reprice, and by how much, is always your call.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for pool service and maintenance
Seven more things worth watching.
- Chemical usage spikes by poolCompare chemicals dosed at each pool to its size and history, and flag the pools, techs, and weeks where usage jumps.
- Route drive time creepTrack drive time versus time at the pool for every tech, and flag the stops that pull a route out of shape.
- Repair recommendations left unquotedFlag tech notes about leaking pumps, worn filters, and failing heaters that never became a quote or a follow-up with the owner.
- Unbilled chemicals and repairsFlag extra chemicals, filter cleans, and repair parts used on visits that never made it onto an invoice.
- Chemical price increases not passed onWatch supplier invoices for chlorine and acid price changes, and see what each increase costs you across your flat-rate accounts.
- Green pool callbacksFlag return trips for green, cloudy, or off-balance pools between visits, and see which techs and pools keep needing them.
- Accounts at risk of cancellingFlag accounts with missed stops, callbacks, late payments, or price changes, so you can save them before they cancel.
