For Route-based weekly pool cleaning and repair companies

Catch drive time creeping into your pool routes

Routes grow one account at a time, wherever a tech has an opening. Over a season, a tech ends up crossing the same highway several times a day. The pay is the same, but more of the day is windshield time.

What it can cost you

Example: 35 extra minutes a day x 6 techs x $24 an hour x 22 days = $1,848 a month.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Compares drive time to time on site for each tech, each day.
  • Flags route days where drive time grew against their own history.
  • Flags accounts far from the rest of their route day.
  • Suggests which route and day a new account fits best.
  • Flags stops served out of order compared to the planned route.

Where it reads from

  • Skimmer
  • Pool Office Manager
  • Jobber
  • ServiceTitan

Reads GPS and check-in times from your route app.

What happens when it fires

You approve the swaps in your route software. The system suggests the moves and drafts the customer notice for any service day change.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Every route day's drive time is checked weekly, with drift flagged in the Monday brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

My route software already optimizes stop order. Why do I need this?

Route tools order the stops you give them. This watches which accounts you add and where, and flags drift over weeks, which is a different question.

Do customers mind changing service days?

Some do. That is why it drafts the notice and lets you choose which moves to make.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
