Spot a refund spike after a launch while you can still fix the cause

Launch week looks great on gross sales. Refunds trickle in over the next weeks, often tied to one payment plan, one affiliate's traffic, or a promise in the sales page. By the time you net it out, the refund window has closed and the lesson came too late.

What it can cost you

Example: a $90,000 launch where refunds run 12% instead of your usual 5% = $6,300 more going back out.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Counts refunds per day after launch and compares to your past launches at the same point.
  • Groups refunds by product, payment plan, coupon, and traffic source or affiliate.
  • Tracks chargebacks and disputes in Stripe separately from refunds.
  • Compares course activity in Kajabi for buyers who refunded versus those who stayed, in totals only.
  • Reads refund request reasons and groups the common ones.

Where it reads from

  • Stripe
  • Kajabi or ClickFunnels
  • Shopify (physical products)
  • Gmail (refund requests)

What happens when it fires

You decide whether to change the offer, the plan, or the onboarding. The system drafts an onboarding email for new buyers and a summary of refund reasons you can share with your team.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Refunds and disputes on every product counted daily during a launch window and compared to past launches. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Can it stop people from refunding?

No, and it should not try. It shows where refunds come from so you can fix the offer or onboarding that causes them.

Does it read my buyers' personal details?

It works with counts, products, and reasons. It does not need personal details to show the pattern.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
