For Creator-led businesses that run a YouTube channel, an email list, and products, courses, or physical goods
Chase overdue sponsor and affiliate payouts without keeping a spreadsheet
A sponsored video goes live and the invoice goes out late, or never. Brand payments drift past terms because nobody follows up. Affiliate dashboards show earnings, but payouts land in a different account and nobody checks they match.
What it can cost you
Example: 3 sponsor invoices a quarter at $5,000 each that sit unchased for weeks = $15,000 of your cash in someone else's account. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Matches each sponsored video's live date to an invoice and flags deliverables with no invoice sent.
- Tracks open sponsor invoices against their payment terms.
- Compares affiliate earnings reported in partner dashboards to payouts received.
- Flags affiliate accounts close to their payout threshold or missing tax or payment details.
- Reads your sponsor tracker for agreed rates and makes sure the invoice amount matches.
Where it reads from
- QuickBooks Online
- Google Sheets (sponsor tracker)
- YouTube Studio
- Gmail
- Stripe
What happens when it fires
You approve the follow-up. The system drafts the reminder email to the brand contact or agency, with the video link and invoice attached.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every sponsor deliverable matched to an invoice, and every invoice tracked to paid, checked daily. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
We work with agencies that pay on their own schedule. Does that matter?
It tracks whatever terms you agreed to, per agency or brand. If an agency always pays late, the brief shows that pattern so you can price or plan for it.
Will it send reminders without asking?
No. It drafts them and you send, unless you choose to let it send routine reminders on its own.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for creator brands
Seven more things worth watching.
- Views drop that hits sales laterFlag a slide in YouTube views, impressions, or click-through early and connect it to the opt-ins and sales it will cost you down the line.
- Funnel opt-in rate slideWatch opt-in rate per landing page and traffic source, and test every live form nightly so a broken funnel never runs for a week unnoticed.
- Email deliverability dropScore every send by mailbox provider, watch bounces and spam complaints, and check your sender records nightly so emails keep reaching inboxes.
- Refund spikes after a launchCount refunds and disputes daily during every launch, compare them to past launches, and see whether a plan, offer, or traffic source drives them.
- Top video traffic decayingTrack daily views and search traffic on the evergreen videos that feed your funnel, and test their links, so your best traffic source keeps working.
- Checkout abandonment risingWatch checkout starts versus completed orders per product, failed card payments, and recovery emails, so buyers who wanted to pay actually do.
- Membership subscriber churnTrack cancellations, failed card payments, and members who stopped logging in, so you can win back the ones still worth saving this month.
