For Creator-led businesses that run a YouTube channel, an email list, and products, courses, or physical goods
Catch a funnel opt-in rate slide the day it starts
A page edit breaks the form, an integration stops passing new leads to your email tool, or a traffic source shifts to colder visitors. Visitors still arrive, they just stop becoming subscribers. You notice when the list stops growing.
What it can cost you
Example: 3,000 visitors a week and the opt-in rate drops from 35% to 25% = 300 fewer subscribers a week.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Tracks opt-in rate by landing page and by traffic source against each page's own baseline.
- Submits a test opt-in on every live funnel each night and confirms it reaches your email list.
- Compares form submissions in Kajabi or ClickFunnels to new subscribers in your email tool to catch a broken sync.
- Flags split tests that have been left running long after a winner was clear.
- Notes when a page was edited right before a drop.
Where it reads from
- Kajabi or ClickFunnels
- Kit, customer.io, or Klaviyo
- YouTube Studio (traffic sources)
What happens when it fires
You fix the page or roll back the edit. The system runs the nightly test opt-ins on its own and tells you exactly which page and step failed.
Autonomy level: Run with a log. The system handles it on its own within limits you set, and records every action for you to check.
What we guarantee
A test opt-in submitted on every live funnel each night, with any failure in the next morning's brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Will the test opt-ins mess up my list?
No. The test uses a tagged address that is removed or excluded from your sends after each check.
We have dozens of old funnels. Does it test all of them?
It tests the ones you mark as live. Old pages you do not send traffic to can be left out.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for creator brands
Seven more things worth watching.
- Views drop that hits sales laterFlag a slide in YouTube views, impressions, or click-through early and connect it to the opt-ins and sales it will cost you down the line.
- Email deliverability dropScore every send by mailbox provider, watch bounces and spam complaints, and check your sender records nightly so emails keep reaching inboxes.
- Sponsor and affiliate payouts overdueMatch every sponsor video to an invoice and every invoice to a payment, and track affiliate earnings to payouts, so no money goes unclaimed.
- Refund spikes after a launchCount refunds and disputes daily during every launch, compare them to past launches, and see whether a plan, offer, or traffic source drives them.
- Top video traffic decayingTrack daily views and search traffic on the evergreen videos that feed your funnel, and test their links, so your best traffic source keeps working.
- Checkout abandonment risingWatch checkout starts versus completed orders per product, failed card payments, and recovery emails, so buyers who wanted to pay actually do.
- Membership subscriber churnTrack cancellations, failed card payments, and members who stopped logging in, so you can win back the ones still worth saving this month.
