For Water, fire, and mold restoration companies doing mitigation and rebuild work
Bill restoration mitigation jobs as soon as drying is done
The crew pulls the equipment and moves on to the next loss. The mitigation estimate waits for someone to build it in Xactimate, behind every other job. The longer it waits, the longer the cash is out and the harder it is to remember what happened on site.
What it can cost you
Example: 8 dry jobs a month waiting an extra 2 weeks at $4,800 each = $38,400 sitting unbilled at any time.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Lists jobs where drying is marked complete or equipment was pulled, with no estimate uploaded.
- Flags finished estimates that were never sent to the carrier or customer.
- Totals unbilled WIP by age and by estimator.
- Flags jobs missing a signed work authorization or completion form.
- Flags estimates that look low against the equipment days and labor logged on the job.

What happens when it fires
Estimators work the queue oldest first. The system builds it every morning, with the moisture log, photos, and equipment days already gathered for each job.
Autonomy level: Run with a log. The system handles it on its own within limits you set, and records every action for you to check.
What we guarantee
Every job that hits dry standard is in the estimate queue the next morning with its supporting file attached. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Does it write the Xactimate estimate?
No. Your estimator still writes it. The system makes sure no finished job waits unnoticed and gathers the file so the estimate goes faster.
How does it know drying is actually done?
It reads the moisture readings and equipment logs your techs enter in Encircle or your job software. When readings reach the goal you set and equipment comes off, the job moves into the queue.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for property restoration
Seven more things worth watching.
- Estimates stuck in carrier reviewTrack every estimate sent to a carrier or TPA, flag the ones with no review or payment, and see which carriers are slowest.
- Jobs stalled between mitigation and rebuildFlag losses where mitigation is done but the rebuild is not estimated, signed, or scheduled, before the customer goes elsewhere.
- Drying equipment left on siteCompare moisture readings and equipment logs to catch air movers and dehus sitting on dry jobs or missing from the warehouse count.
- Missing moisture logs and photosCheck every active water job for daily readings, photos, and signed forms, so documentation gaps get fixed while the job is open.
- Labor running past the estimateCompare paid crew hours to the labor your Xactimate estimate supports, job by job, so you see margin slip while the job is open.
- Carrier program deadlines at riskTrack contact, arrival, and estimate upload deadlines on program jobs, and flag the ones about to miss before your scorecard takes the hit.
- Claim payments stuckFlag approved claims with no payment, checks waiting on mortgage company endorsement, and homeowner balances aging in AR.
