For Water, fire, and mold restoration companies doing mitigation and rebuild work
Hit carrier and TPA program deadlines on every restoration job
Program work comes with clocks: contact the customer fast, get on site soon after, upload the estimate on time. Miss enough of them and your scorecard drops and assignments slow down. Nobody can track every clock on every open job by hand.
What it can cost you
Example: missed upload deadlines cost 4 assignments a month x $7,000 average job = $28,000 a month in work.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Tracks each program job against the contact, arrival, and upload deadlines you set for that program.
- Flags jobs about to miss a deadline later today or tomorrow.
- Lists jobs that already missed a deadline, with the logged reason if there is one.
- Flags new assignments with no customer contact logged yet.
- Tracks on-time rate by program, by branch, and by coordinator.

What happens when it fires
Coordinators clear the at-risk jobs first. The system sends the at-risk list to the right person and logs when each one is cleared.
Autonomy level: Run with a log. The system handles it on its own within limits you set, and records every action for you to check.
What we guarantee
Every program job is checked against its deadlines several times a day, with at-risk jobs flagged before the deadline passes. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Every program has different rules. Can it handle that?
Yes. Each program gets its own deadlines in the setup. You enter them once and update them when a program changes.
Does it replace the program portal?
No. It reads status from the portal and your job software and puts every program on one list, so nobody has to check each one.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for property restoration
Seven more things worth watching.
- Dry jobs not billedFlag water jobs that hit dry standard and had equipment pulled, but still have no estimate uploaded or invoice sent.
- Estimates stuck in carrier reviewTrack every estimate sent to a carrier or TPA, flag the ones with no review or payment, and see which carriers are slowest.
- Jobs stalled between mitigation and rebuildFlag losses where mitigation is done but the rebuild is not estimated, signed, or scheduled, before the customer goes elsewhere.
- Drying equipment left on siteCompare moisture readings and equipment logs to catch air movers and dehus sitting on dry jobs or missing from the warehouse count.
- Missing moisture logs and photosCheck every active water job for daily readings, photos, and signed forms, so documentation gaps get fixed while the job is open.
- Labor running past the estimateCompare paid crew hours to the labor your Xactimate estimate supports, job by job, so you see margin slip while the job is open.
- Claim payments stuckFlag approved claims with no payment, checks waiting on mortgage company endorsement, and homeowner balances aging in AR.
