For Residential roofing companies doing retail reroofs and storm insurance work

Catch roofing jobs missing the photos you need to get paid

Supplements, depreciation requests, and warranty disputes all depend on photos: decking, underlayment, flashing, and the finished roof. When a crew skips them, nobody notices until the carrier or homeowner asks. By then the roof is covered.

What it can cost you

Example: 2 supplement items a month denied for missing photos at $1,200 each = $2,400 a month. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Checks each job for your required photo set by stage, like tear-off, decking, and finished roof.
  • Flags jobs in progress today that are missing photos for the stage the crew is on.
  • Flags supplements and completion packets about to go out without photos attached.
  • Flags decking replacement on the invoice with no decking photos.
  • Tracks photo completeness by crew.

Where it reads from

  • CompanyCam
  • JobNimbus
  • AccuLynx

What happens when it fires

The crew lead gets a nudge while they are still on the roof. Once you approve the wording, the system sends that text on its own.

Autonomy level: Run with a log. The system handles it on its own within limits you set, and records every action for you to check.

What we guarantee

Every active job is checked for its required photos during the build day, not after. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Can it judge whether the photos are good?

It checks that the right photos exist for each stage, on the right job. A person still judges quality.

We tag photos inconsistently. Will this work?

It works from the job and the upload time, so it can tell a job has no photos during tear-off even if nobody tagged them. Better tagging just makes it more precise.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
