For Residential roofing companies doing retail reroofs and storm insurance work

Watch signed roofing jobs that are not getting scheduled

After a storm, sales signs more roofs than the crews can build. Signed jobs wait for weeks, homeowners get nervous, and some cancel or sign with someone who can start sooner. Without a clear view of the backlog by crew, you keep selling into a jam.

What it can cost you

Example: 3 cancellations a month from jobs waiting too long x $13,500 = $40,500 a month in signed work lost.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Lists signed jobs not yet scheduled, with how long each has waited.
  • Flags jobs waiting on a blocker, like an open supplement, a color choice, or material, with no update logged.
  • Compares scheduled squares to each crew's typical daily production for the coming weeks.
  • Flags homeowners who have asked about a start date more than once.
  • Totals backlog dollars by stage and by age.

Where it reads from

  • JobNimbus
  • AccuLynx
  • Roofr

Reads the weather forecast for rain days that will push the build calendar.

What happens when it fires

Production decides the build order. The system drafts a start-date update for each waiting homeowner and shows where an extra sub crew would clear the most backlog.

Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.

What we guarantee

Every signed job has a current status and a homeowner update drafted on the schedule you set. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Can it build our schedule?

Not on its own. It shows where the backlog is and how full each crew is, and your production manager sets the order.

We use subcontract crews. Does that matter?

No. Each crew, in house or sub, gets its own capacity line based on the squares it has actually installed.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
