For Independent construction, general, and party rental yards, single location or a few branches

Count the rentals you turn away because nothing was available

A contractor calls for a mini excavator, you have none ready, and they rent from the yard down the road. The counter does not record it, so the lost demand never shows up anywhere. Meanwhile two of that class sit in the shop waiting on parts.

What it can cost you

Example: 9 lost mini excavator rentals a month at $1,100 each = $9,900 a month in demand that went to a competitor. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Counts quotes and reservations marked lost or cancelled because no unit was available, by class and branch.
  • Compares lost demand to units of that class currently down for repair.
  • Lists units due back soon that could have covered the request.
  • Flags classes where lost demand keeps showing up week after week.
  • Compares lost demand by class to idle units of a substitute class.

Where it reads from

  • Point of Rental, Wynne Systems, InTempo, Texada, Quipli, or Alert EasyPro

What happens when it fires

You decide to rush repairs, re-rent from a partner, or buy. The system drafts a parts follow-up to your dealer and flags the class for your next fleet buy review.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Every lost quote or reservation tagged by class and branch and reported in the next morning's brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Our counter staff do not log lost rentals. Does this still work?

It works best with a simple lost reason on quotes. Until then it reads cancelled reservations and quotes that never converted, and helps you set up a one-click lost reason.

Will it tell us what to buy?

It shows where demand outruns your fleet and how often. The buy decision stays with you.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
