Catch carrier authority, insurance, and identity problems before you tender

A carrier passed setup months ago, so nobody looks again. Since then their insurance lapsed, their authority changed, or someone else is using their name with a new phone and email. One bad load can mean a stolen shipment or a claim you cannot recover.

What it can cost you

Example: one stolen or double brokered load worth $60,000 in cargo, plus the carrier you still owe = a loss that wipes out months of margin. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Checks each carrier's insurance and authority status before every tender, not only at setup.
  • Flags carriers whose phone, email, or dispatch contact changed recently.
  • Flags carriers taking loads far outside their normal lanes or equipment.
  • Flags new carriers booked on high value loads.
  • Compares carrier details on the rate confirmation to the carrier's profile on file.

Where it reads from

  • Highway or MyCarrierPackets (carrier monitoring)
  • McLeod PowerBroker, Tai TMS, AscendTMS, Aljex, or Turvo
  • Outlook (rate confirmation emails)

Public carrier authority and insurance records, read through the carrier monitoring service you already use.

What happens when it fires

Your carrier team calls the carrier on the number from setup before pickup. The system lists the loads at risk and drafts the verification checklist.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Every carrier on a load checked against its monitoring and profile data before pickup, with any mismatch flagged the same day. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

We already use a carrier onboarding tool. Why add this?

Onboarding checks at setup. This ties monitoring alerts to the loads that carrier is on today, so someone acts before pickup.

Can it reject a carrier on its own?

No. It flags and explains. Your team makes the call.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
