For Small and mid-size freight brokerages and non-asset 3PLs with in-house reps or agents

See which reps produce margin and which just move volume

Your busiest rep moves the most loads, so they look like the top producer. Their margin per load is the thinnest on the floor, and their commission takes a big share of what is left. Load count gets the praise while margin quietly leaves.

What it can cost you

Example: a rep moving 200 loads a month at $90 less margin per load than the team = $18,000 a month in margin left on the table. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Compares margin per load and margin percent by rep to the team.
  • Compares quote count and quote to book rate by rep.
  • Calculates net house margin after commission by rep or agent.
  • Flags reps whose margin per load is sliding week over week.
  • Shows each rep's mix of lanes and customers so you compare like with like.

Where it reads from

  • McLeod PowerBroker, Tai TMS, AscendTMS, Aljex, or Turvo
  • QuickBooks Online (commissions)

What happens when it fires

You coach the rep or adjust their commission plan. The system drafts a one page summary per rep with loads, margin, and the lanes where they leave the most behind.

Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.

What we guarantee

Margin per load, book rate, and net house margin refreshed for every rep weekly. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Some reps work harder lanes. Is the comparison fair?

It compares reps on similar lanes and customers, not just the overall average, so a rep on tough freight is not punished for it.

Can reps see their own numbers?

Yes, if you want that. Many brokers share the summary with each rep so they can track themselves.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
