Catch shippers stretching their terms while you pay carriers fast
Carriers want quick pay, and you give it to keep capacity. Shippers stretch from their terms to well past them. Your cash goes out in days and comes back in weeks, so growth actually drains the bank account.
What it can cost you
Example: $400,000 a month billed and collection slipping by 10 days = about $130,000 more cash tied up in receivables. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Calculates dollar weighted days to collect by shipper and compares to their terms.
- Calculates days to pay carriers, including quick pay share.
- Flags shippers whose days to collect is getting longer.
- Flags shippers with growing load volume and growing past due balances.
- Lists invoices short paid or disputed and how long they have sat.
Where it reads from
- McLeod PowerBroker, Tai TMS, AscendTMS, Aljex, or Turvo
- QuickBooks Online
Shipper credit and payment data from your credit service, if you use one.
What happens when it fires
You decide whether to call the shipper, tighten credit, or change quick pay terms. The system drafts the statement and reminder email for the past due invoices.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Days to collect and days to pay updated daily for every shipper and carrier, with slipping accounts flagged. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
We factor some receivables. Does this still help?
Yes. It tracks factored and unfactored invoices separately, so you still see which shippers pay slowly and what that costs you.
Will it set credit limits for us?
No. It shows payment patterns and balances so your credit decisions are based on current numbers.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.

Seven more things worth watching.
- Thin and negative margin loadsFlag loads booked below your margin floor, carrier rate changes after booking, and reps who book thin, before the truck rolls.
- Accessorials paid but not billedMatch every accessorial paid to a carrier against what was billed to the shipper, so detention, lumper, layover, and TONU stop eating your margin.
- Buy rates drifting above marketCompare carrier cost per mile on your lanes to your own history and market rate data, and flag contract lanes the market has moved against.
- Reps moving volume at thin marginCompare margin per load, quote to book rate, and commission per rep, so you coach the reps who move lots of loads but leave little for the house.
- Carrier authority or insurance problemsCheck every carrier before each load for lapsed insurance, authority changes, and contact details that do not match, to cut double brokering risk.
- Shipper volume quietly fallingCompare weekly loads, quotes, and tenders per shipper to their norm, so you call the account when volume starts sliding, not after it is gone.
- Delivered loads not invoicedTrack every delivered load from POD to invoice to accepted, so missing paperwork and rejected portal invoices do not delay your cash.
