Notice when a shipper's volume quietly starts to fall

A good shipper sends a few fewer loads each week. They are testing another broker or a service miss upset someone. Total volume looks fine because other accounts grew, and you find out when the account is mostly gone.

What it can cost you

Example: a shipper that drops from 40 to 25 loads a month at $250 margin per load = $3,750 a month in lost margin. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Compares weekly loads per shipper to their own recent norm.
  • Tracks quote requests and win rate per shipper.
  • Flags shippers whose tenders you declined or could not cover.
  • Ties volume drops to recent service problems such as late deliveries or claims on that account.
  • Tracks how much of your total margin sits with your top shippers.

Where it reads from

  • McLeod PowerBroker, Tai TMS, AscendTMS, Aljex, or Turvo
  • Outlook (tender and quote emails)

What happens when it fires

The account owner calls the shipper. The system drafts a check-in email and a short account summary with recent loads and service issues.

Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.

What we guarantee

Weekly volume tracked for every active shipper, with any account sliding past your threshold in the Monday brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

Volume swings with seasons. Will it flag normal dips?

It compares each shipper to its own pattern, including the same time last year when you have the history, so seasonal swings do not set it off.

What counts as concentration risk?

You set the line. The brief shows how much of your margin sits with your largest shippers and how that is changing.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
