For Recurring mowing, lawn treatment, and landscape maintenance companies

Bill the extra lawn and landscape work your crews already did

A customer asks the crew to trim the hedges or haul off a pile of branches while they are there. The crew does it, maybe writes a note, and the invoice still shows only the mow. It is a small amount each time, and it happens all season.

What it can cost you

Example: 20 unbilled add-ons a month at $65 each = $1,300 a month. An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.

What the system checks overnight

  • Flags visit notes and photos that mention extra work with no matching line on the invoice.
  • Flags visits where time on site ran well over the usual time for that property.
  • Flags materials like mulch or plants bought for an account with no charge billed.
  • Lists completed one-off jobs with no invoice.
  • Tracks unbilled extras by crew.

Where it reads from

  • Jobber
  • Service Autopilot
  • Yardbook
  • QuickBooks Online

What happens when it fires

You confirm each extra and approve the charge. The system drafts the invoice lines from the crew's notes.

Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.

What we guarantee

Every completed visit's notes and time are checked against its invoice the same night. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.

Questions

What if the extra work was a freebie?

Then you dismiss it in one tap, and you can tell it to stop asking about that property. Some owners like seeing how much free work goes out, even when it is on purpose.

Our crews do not write notes. Will it still find anything?

Time on site and materials purchased still catch a lot. Getting crews to add a quick note or photo makes it much more accurate.

Do I need new software for this?

No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.

What does it cost?

A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.

How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?

A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
