For Recurring mowing, lawn treatment, and landscape maintenance companies
Keep lawn treatment rounds on schedule all season
Treatment programs sell a set of rounds, each with a timing window. Rain, wind, staffing, and product delays push rounds back, and some accounts slip into the next window or miss one entirely. Customers who paid for a full program notice when the lawn shows it.
What it can cost you
Example: 30 accounts miss a round at $55 a round = $1,650 in prepaid service owed, from the accounts most likely to cancel next year.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Tracks each account's next round against the window you set for it.
- Flags accounts that will not get done before the window closes at the current pace.
- Flags prepaid accounts with rounds missing.
- Compares product used per property to its size and your plan, and flags outliers.
- Flags applicators running well over or under their usual product per property.
Where it reads from
- Real Green
- Service Autopilot
- Jobber
Reads the weather forecast for rain and wind days that block applications.
What happens when it fires
You decide whether to add application days or shift crews. The system suggests the schedule and drafts a customer note if a round will run late.
Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.
What we guarantee
Every account's round is checked against its window weekly, with at-risk rounds flagged while there is still time. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Does it tell us what product rates to use?
No. Product choice and rates follow the label and your own training. It only compares what was used to the plan you set, so outliers get a second look.
We only mow. Is this one for us?
Probably not. Mow-only companies usually start with the route, skipped visit, and payment alarms.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for lawn care and landscape maintenance
Seven more things worth watching.
- Drive time creeping into routesCompare drive time to service time by crew and route each week, and flag the stops and route changes eating your day.
- Skipped visits not made upFlag rain days, skips, and missed stops that were never rescheduled, before customers on flat monthly plans notice and call.
- Extra work done but not billedFlag crew notes, photos, and time on site that show extra work, like bed cleanup or shrub trimming, with no charge on the invoice.
- Recurring accounts at riskFlag accounts with complaints, skips, late payments, or no renewal, so you can save them before they cancel mid season.
- Install jobs over budgeted hoursCompare crew hours and materials on install and enhancement jobs to the estimate while the job is still open.
- Crew overtime and labor driftTrack paid hours, overtime, and revenue per man-hour by crew each week, and see which crews are drifting before payroll lands.
- Autopay cards failingFlag declined and expiring cards on file, and invoices aging on terms, so you are not servicing lawns that are not paying.
