Catch drive time creeping into your lawn care routes
New accounts get added wherever there is room, not where they fit. A crew that used to finish by mid afternoon now crosses town twice. The extra windshield time is paid time that produces nothing, and it adds up crew by crew.
What it can cost you
Example: 40 extra drive minutes a day x 3 crews of 3 x $20 an hour x 22 days = $2,640 a month.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Compares drive time to on-site time for each crew, each day.
- Flags routes where drive time grew against their own recent history.
- Flags single accounts far from the rest of their route.
- Suggests which day and crew a new account fits best by location.
- Flags stops where on-site time runs well over what the price assumes.
Where it reads from
- Jobber
- Service Autopilot
- Yardbook
Reads GPS and check-in times from your crew app or fleet tracker.
What happens when it fires
You or the crew manager decide on route changes. The system suggests specific moves and which outlying accounts to reprice or hand off.
Autonomy level: Suggest only. The brief tells you what changed and what to do. Nothing happens without you.
What we guarantee
Every route's drive time versus service time is checked weekly, with changes flagged in the Monday brief. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
Will it rebuild our routes for us?
It suggests specific moves, like shifting a stop to another day. You approve the changes in your scheduling software.
Do we need GPS trackers on the trucks?
They help, but they are not required. Check-in and check-out times from your crew app are enough to see drive time between stops.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.

- Skipped visits not made upFlag rain days, skips, and missed stops that were never rescheduled, before customers on flat monthly plans notice and call.
- Extra work done but not billedFlag crew notes, photos, and time on site that show extra work, like bed cleanup or shrub trimming, with no charge on the invoice.
- Recurring accounts at riskFlag accounts with complaints, skips, late payments, or no renewal, so you can save them before they cancel mid season.
- Install jobs over budgeted hoursCompare crew hours and materials on install and enhancement jobs to the estimate while the job is still open.
- Crew overtime and labor driftTrack paid hours, overtime, and revenue per man-hour by crew each week, and see which crews are drifting before payroll lands.
- Autopay cards failingFlag declined and expiring cards on file, and invoices aging on terms, so you are not servicing lawns that are not paying.
- Treatment rounds falling behindTrack fertilizer and weed control rounds against each round's window, and flag accounts falling behind before the window closes.
