For Recurring mowing, lawn treatment, and landscape maintenance companies
Spot recurring lawn care accounts at risk of cancelling
Customers rarely cancel out of nowhere. First there is a missed visit, a complaint about the edging, a late payment, or a season agreement that never gets signed. Each sign lives in a different place, so nobody connects them until the cancellation comes in.
What it can cost you
Example: saving 4 accounts a month at $1,400 a season each = $5,600 a month in recurring revenue kept.An illustration, not a promise. Your Opportunity Scan puts a real number on it.
What the system checks overnight
- Scores each recurring account on missed visits, complaints, late payments, and recent price changes.
- Flags accounts whose season agreement or renewal is not signed yet.
- Flags accounts that paused or dropped a service.
- Flags accounts with a new low review or a complaint note.
- Tracks cancellations by crew, by service, and by reason.
Where it reads from
- Jobber
- Service Autopilot
- Real Green
- QuickBooks Online
Reads new Google reviews to catch complaints tied to an account.
What happens when it fires
You or your office reach out. The system drafts a check-in for each at-risk account and flags the ones worth a personal call.
Autonomy level: Draft for approval. The system prepares the message or task, and you approve it before anything goes out.
What we guarantee
Every recurring account is scored weekly, and every at-risk account gets a check-in drafted. We agree on the metric before the Sprint starts and measure it over the first 20 business days after go-live. If we miss it, you get half your Sprint fee back. Dollar savings are tracked in your monthly saves log, reported rather than promised.
Questions
How does it know an account is at risk?
It looks at signs you already record: missed visits, complaint notes, late or failed payments, and unsigned renewals. It does not guess from anything you do not already have.
Can it send a discount to save the account?
Only if you set that up. By default it drafts a check-in, and any offer stays your decision.
Do I need new software for this?
No. The system reads from the tools you already use, with read-only access by default. A guardrail layer controls exactly which data the AI can see.
What does it cost?
A 3-week Sprint is $6,000 fixed and includes the morning brief plus one automation tied to an agreed metric. Ongoing support is $1,500 a month, or $500 a month to keep it running without new automations. If the agreed metric is missed over the first 20 business days after go-live, half the Sprint fee is refunded.
How is this different from a dashboard app or a free AI kit?
A dashboard app shows numbers when you go look. A free AI kit gives you the parts, and you do the setup, the upkeep, and the checking. Here the alarms are built for your kind of business, they watch outside data like market rates and rule changes alongside yours, and on Run or Keep-Running, the person who built them keeps them working and logs what they caught.
More alarms for lawn care and landscape maintenance
Seven more things worth watching.
- Drive time creeping into routesCompare drive time to service time by crew and route each week, and flag the stops and route changes eating your day.
- Skipped visits not made upFlag rain days, skips, and missed stops that were never rescheduled, before customers on flat monthly plans notice and call.
- Extra work done but not billedFlag crew notes, photos, and time on site that show extra work, like bed cleanup or shrub trimming, with no charge on the invoice.
- Install jobs over budgeted hoursCompare crew hours and materials on install and enhancement jobs to the estimate while the job is still open.
- Crew overtime and labor driftTrack paid hours, overtime, and revenue per man-hour by crew each week, and see which crews are drifting before payroll lands.
- Autopay cards failingFlag declined and expiring cards on file, and invoices aging on terms, so you are not servicing lawns that are not paying.
- Treatment rounds falling behindTrack fertilizer and weed control rounds against each round's window, and flag accounts falling behind before the window closes.
